This website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. This is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor and transfers data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

When you email us

If you write to us, we process your email address, your name and what you send, in order to reply and, if you wish, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or because of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Email is handled by Zoho Corporation B.V. in its EU data centre, as our processor. We keep correspondence as long as needed for the enquiry and as required by German commercial and tax retention rules.

When we contact businesses

We may write once to studios in the US using a business email address published on their own website, with a short follow-up at most. Every message says how to opt out; an opt-out is final. If you were contacted and want us to delete what we hold about you, reply to that email or write to the address above.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden.
